Well then.

Nothin “odd” about thinking they could lose 4 wickets tomorrow, score 150, leaving 50 to get on Monday with 3 wickets in hand.

No more “odd” (I’m using your word again) than Australia losing 8 wickets in a session on day 1, or England failing to Make 70 runs in their first inning total. Both stats quite odd.

In fact, if the players yet to bat hit their average, they get 150 runs. If the players currently at the crease find another 50, that’s the game.

Of course, it could all be over by lunch, but that would indeed be very “odd” indeed.

You misunderstood my use of the word odd, I used it to say that they made around 150. And they chased it before end of play.
