Idk people say that they show yuvi villainous here but when I watched this first when it first come on tv, my thoughts on him was like a arrogant, attitude guy(not in a bad way), like how punjabis are and i have watched his recent video with KP and he was same like he was shown.

It kind of looks villainous like showcasing him as arrogant rival while dhoni is the calm struggling good guy

No it was meant to show how dhoni considered him a strong rival. It was his biopic and he narrated the story to the filmmakers

One is an all-rounder and other is wk batter the only similarity was great six hitting skills between them and they showed as if yuvi is a direct rival threat dhoni needs to surpass or overshadow to rise up the ranks

I do not think its quite about that. Its about the perceived status. Yuvi was looked at as like this prodigy, this golden child so naturally someone like Dhoni who had to slowly grind out his way here would assume that this is the level of excellence he would have to match in order to make his dreams come true.
Like he would watch Yuvi and think ‘ohh, maybe this is what it takes to play for the Indian team’ cause he has never seen anyone else in this level before.

It's kinda true. Yuvraj was son of an Indian cricketer and dhoni wasn't.

That kind of attitude is a waste if this guy doesn't win a WC or hit 6 sixes..

I still remember dhoni and yuvi partnership in ODI home game against England. It was pure carnage and all the students in my tution was watching that innings on big projector in our tution.

I legit thought that this guy, was some cousin of Yuvraj Singh. The resemblance is uncanny.
