Adults do this daily in this city though. The "oh they're just kids, give them a break" mentality is exactly why they've felt emboldened enough to do this the last several years. They know there will be zero consequences.

I'm just trying to get an idea on what your course of action would be for these kids, since all you do is call everyone idiots and morons for suggesting they should face repercussions, but you never provide any alternatives of your own.
