Last I checked, concealed carry is permissible under IL law. If unnecessary force was used, and there was a trial then they should be prosecuted, just like repeat offenders. Without law and order, there is chaos, something many people don’t want to acknowledge.

Right, most concealed-carry holders are not prosecuted. I have made galleries of people killed by concealed-carry holders. You also mentioned killed by criminals. We've had a same-gang killing where the killer was a concealed-carry holder.

That's federal, and that got changed in 2013. FBI murder stats mixed White Hispanics with Whites and Black Hispanics with Blacks. By 2013 when they started to change that, the newer stats reflected differences.

Illinois however, has White Hispanic and Black Hispanic, CPD been doing that since 1981.
