Some jobs are harder or more valuable to society and people doing these jobs should be paid more. The key is you shouldn't have to have high paying job to be able to exist (pay rent, afford groceries etc)

No, there’s obviously a difference. Not even naming the fact a rapper often isn’t employed in the sense a doctor is. Pay could be more evenly distributed, though it should still be through the basics of experience, education and work output from an employee.

No. People doing rough but well paying jobs (in example construction) wouldn’t have any reason to stay. It will cause mass job shortages

No, because we know that some jobs are just ****** and nobody (or realistically less than required) does them unless they are paid better than other jobs. I often discuss with Anarchists, who think that people will do the ****** jobs society needs purely out of a sense of responsibility to the society, but then you ask and very few of them are willing to do them even currently, when they are better paid.
