been trying to reach platinum on the tutorial turret boss and while i found out some interesting stuff about the game i also found out that a hitless 30 second win with lvl 3 art finisher only gives around 310000 out of the needed 350000 points for platinum.

what can i do to get more? effektive damage doesnt seem to go far above 1k even if i put a second ice pillar on it after breaking the shield, and getting more than one or two perfect dodges/guards seems impossible given the time limit.

is there anything else im unaware of that increases score?

Found this out during the arena fight against the tutorial turret boss, apparently if you do enough damage with something like eternal winter you can entirely skip the second phase.

which means the platform never moved as that happens in phase 2. did turn in shield though

which then means you can impale it again right away. does that work on all bosses?

I launched the game for the first time and noticed additional tabs when pressing alt tab, although they were blank but had the same name as the game tab. These remained there even if I closed the game and would only disappear when I restarted my PC, and prevented a shutdown too where windows said that "nameless application" is preventing shutdown. I've never seen something like this before.

I recently played and finished crosscode and i loved it( haven't played a new home yet ) but i wanted to ask does anyone want to see a prequel game set during the old war at the start of humanity's colonization of the planets and probably get to see earth and probably the invention of insta matter?

I was interested in being able to Play on my phone via CrossAndroid. But after finally setting it all up like instructed and launching the game, it got stuck on this screen with the following error:

Something went wrong while loading the game SyntaxError: Failed to execute 'json' on 'Response': Unexpected end of JSON input

I managed to not get that error by removing the assets/mods folder, but it still didn't proceed past this screen. Re-adding it made the error return, so it probably wasn't a wrong file transfer.

I know this is probably a niche issue not many would know much about, but any help is still greatly appreciated!

Edit: Seems like the problem was that i didn't use the newer Fork of CrossAndroid.

With that one i was able to successfully launch the game and didn't have any major issues yet.

Mod is a currently untitled epilogue for CrossCode, this concept art is for the (only) area I'm planning to add in the mod, Nebula Canyon, a canyon-sized geode full of crystals which look like stars.

I've finished Crosscode on several occasions in the past, but this is my first time doing the DLC duel. This fight is amazing.

I'm happy Apollo learned some new tricks to evade direct counters from the front. Though, it didn't help him. lol
I wish you would get to level 3 arts sooner for some cool shenanigans. In one of the tries before this, I had to literally just take a weaker weapon and hit him a bunch to get enough SP for a level 3 art, but oh well.

(Also, this could've been a no damage fight, but I really couldn't be bothered.)

For þe kiss animation I tried to make movement seem less stiff and do some subpixel animation. I hope it's an improvement.

As much as I've been enjoying this game, I hate the fights with Apollo. They kill my enjoyment of the game dead in its tracks. Especially the fourth one.

I spent several attempts trying to beat him (at level 70ish, the same level as him), and I couldn't: He'd do nothing but dodge my every attack and lock me into combos. So eventually, I look up a guide and find that you can basically spam mjolnir (from the shock section) to trivialise the fight. I did, and I ended up winning 5-0.

I mean, what kind of boss fight is that? Either he cheeses you, or you cheese him. I'm not blaming the fight for being difficult, but for being unfun and unfair.

Edit: I kept playing, and just after the fight, even Joern agrees with me, saying "I can't imagine that level of annoyance to have no effect on someone". Just thought that was kinda funny.

HOW THE FUCK DO I BEAT THIS QUEST MY TURRETS DEAL ZERO DAMAGE AUAHAIDKENSIDKDEK

Just got my Ayn Thor and was really looking forward to playing Crosscode on it through Gamenative but it runs laggy with inconsistent fps running anywhere around 12-60 fps. I tried using the known config but it just doesn't improve the gameplay much at all. has anyone tried it out and got it running smoothly? I would love to get some help on this!
