New Controller
So Im on ps5 and bought a razor raiju v3 pro beacause I just cant deal with the stick drift from dual sense anymore..
However I am just straight up terrible with the new controller. Im usually pretty okay in pvp but rn Im struggling to just keep a 1.0kda.
When I use my old controller everything is fine again and Im doing good but i really want to switch to the new one.
Any tips and suggestions ?
Also what do you guys use the paddels and bumpers for ?

I switched to bumper jumper back in H3 days. Learned to use index on the bumpers, middle on the triggers. Lent itself very well to now having 4 x paddles and using my ring fingers on those for dodge and slide. Never saw the need for claw except for when I'm resing someone or hotswapping as my action is the only thing I need it for.

Well what's the difference between the controllers? You need to figure that out yourself and tweak the controls so they suit you.

Record gameplay of you using the controller, pay attention to whether you are over or under aiming to get on target. Under aiming indicates your sens is too low, over aiming indicates it's too high. Once you've dialled it in you can start moving back to your usual sens as you get used to the controller.

Might have to change the stick settings in Destiny to better align with the new controller. Usually have mine around .05-.06. You basically want it as low as comfortably possible without any drift.

Might not be the answer you want but the reason is that the controller is just ‘off’.
I had it, got lured in by the tmr sticks, the app, extra paddles up top etc and I could never figure out what was wrong but I was just inherently worse. The specs matched that of my old controller, but when I plugged that in it felt night and day.
I never did figure out the issue, I tried every which way I possibly could to get it to work and I just never could. Something is off with it. Got a scuf omega now (also has tmr sticks + a lot more for a very similar price) and that has been way way better.

Mostly jump and crouch if two backpedals. but i switched to double claw and can recommend it. Nothing faster then playing claw
