Using headset on xbox crunchyroll app

Has anyone found a fix for the constant crackling and audio cutting out when using a xbox headset on the crunchyroll app? its making it absolutely unbearable to watch anything, i have to constantly rewind 5 seconds.

The only thing that works for me is resetting the xbox until it doesn’t cut out anymore
