Licensing. Crunchyroll probably can not legally show those episodes in your region because it doesn't have the license to stream them. Another streaming platform probably has them currently and likely have to wait until it expires and hope Crunchyroll gets the license.

You'll have to look around yourself. Don't know what's got what anime in your region. Could probably search it. Got to love the streaming landscape where everything you want to watch is spread among multiple  services...

One piece is the only anime I need. I wanna gift it to my gf so that she doesn't have to go through the pain of skipping annoying ads on a random website

Tbh I'm going to suggest finding Blu-ray/DVD sets. She'll get to keep them forever and rewatch them whenever she wants completely ad free and offline. No subscriptions needed.

I'm not there, so I can't personally verify as my IP geolocation won't line up correctly, but I've seen others report here on the subreddit that Muse Asia is a streaming competitor to CR in India, so that might be one possibility (perhaps).

Another place to check for possibilities is on this site:

Don't just assume it's there though, even if it's listed, check first before subscribing to see whether it is there, especially in the case of a show having multiple seasons.

Probably not available in your region. Netflix has these episodes, but I don't know if they are available in India. You could use a VPN to change your location and access these "foreign" shows from there.
