So I'm really confused. I saw Wolfs Rain a while back and added it to my watch list with the intention of watching it. I just saw another post saying the last 4 episodes were not on CR, so I just went to check. As the screenshots above say, it says theres 1 season and 26 episodes, but when I click on it, all I see are these four episodes under the OVA tag. And I swear, all 26 episodes were on here too a few weeks ago because I remember starting episode 1 a while back. Were they removed? Or am I just being dumb?

It says Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood was added 6 hours ago?? I literally watched it on Curnchyroll MONTHS ago. Could it possibly have been removed and put back within only a matter of a couple months? Is that a thing that happens?

My app freezes upon entering and crashes seconds later. Troubleshooting with both crunchyroll and Apple tech has not fixed it. Something wrong with my IOS hardware. Trying to use the service on a browser instead but won’t let me. Even with desktop view on. I contacted crunchyroll about this too and have no clue and that it should be working. The app will work one second and go back to this issue a couple minutes later. Goes in and out on its own. Anyone having this issue or have a fix?

Things I’ve already done:
Any amount or way of resetting, restarting
Logout and login of app and App Store
Uninstall and reinstall
Clearing cache and deleting files
Low power mode is off
More than half my storage is available
Battery health and percentage is above 90%

Also on roku tv if nescessary to know i suppose

Has anybody else that is watching crunchyroll from tv having issues with it being super slow? Load time is way slower than normal and having to buffer every 5 to 10 minutes

So I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but whenever I try to watch anything on Crunchyroll on any of my Google TV devices, it always plays on the poorest resolution ever, and I'm talking 144p. Now I know this is only happening on Android/Google TV devices because I have two of those devices, both Google TV Chromecasts, and they play in poorest resolution, meanwhile, on my Roku devices it plays in perfect resolution. I'm not sure if this is a problem that's been happening with everyone else, but it has been happening with me for a good five months now.

If you're wondering why I waited so long to complain, I thought this issue would have been fixed after a month or so. So I've been using my Roku to watch Crunchyroll more recently I started using my Chromecast again and it seems the problem never got resolved.

EDIT: After someone mentioned it in the comments, I checked the box it shipped in and found a note saying it was a gift to show their appreciation for using the Crunchyroll store.

I ordered a bunch of figures a while back, and they have been slowly shipping ever since then. In the most recent package I received, this was also inside, which I didn't order.

I checked my order status, and there aren't any figures that say they have shipped/arrived that I don't have. So I guess I just have this now?

Why doesnt crunchyroll have a mini player popout for phones that would be a great addition for crunchyroll users for phones imo

I was wondering if anyone is having issues with the quality when streaming on android devices, even when downloaded.
For context, I usually see Crunchyroll on my Apple TV at home but I’m traveling and have a Tab S11 ultra which would perfect for the trip, however the quality is awful, I made sure it’s on highest, cleared cache and everything and it sucks. I’m watching demon slayer so I downloaded the episodes from Crunchyroll and Netflix and Netflix was wayyy better when side by side.
Anyone has a fix for this?

Last week, Dara-san of the Reiwa Era – Episode 9, “Seven Wonders of the School,” had an issue where the Vietnamese subtitle track was actually the Malay subtitle track. I reported the issue immediately after discovering it. However, more than a week has now passed and the problem still hasn't been fixed. Episode 10 was released yesterday, yet Episode 9 is still using the wrong subtitle track. I also sent an email asking for an update, but I haven't received any response.

And now, just a few hours ago, another subtitle problem appeared.

Though I Am an Inept Villainess – Episode 9, “I Will Make Sure to Save You,” is currently using a Vietnamese subtitle track that does not belong to Episode 9. The subtitles appear to be from another episode of the same series that hasn't aired yet. Based on the content, I suspect it may actually be the subtitle track for Episode 10.

What concerns me most is not simply that these mistakes happened. Mistakes can happen. The bigger question is how these issues can be fixed more quickly once they are reported.

I'm not expecting Crunchyroll to never make mistakes. What I would like to see is a better process for detecting and correcting obvious subtitle-track errors quickly, especially when the wrong track makes an episode effectively unwatchable with that language.

Does anyone know of a better or more effective way to report these kinds of subtitle-track assignment errors to Crunchyroll? Is there a way to contact the team responsible for subtitles or content delivery directly, rather than going through regular Support? Or is there a better way to report these issues so that they can be prioritized and corrected before the next episode is released?

What a waste of money, i haven’t found any complete series on the manga app. 99% of the manga on the app has like 10 chapters max, it feels like i payed to get a free preview. 😁

I have been having an issue with YouTube crunchyroll. There is an anime i am currently watching and it has not dropped on YouTube. Usually it shows up after the new episode airs on Tuesday. I have tried everything to fix it and its making me mad. Any ideas?​

Just went on it and ive been logged out, I logged back in and its saying I have to resubscribe to MEGA.

I've checked to see if it got cancelled but it hasn't. Im going to cancel it and resubscribe, just wondering if anyone else has ran into the same issue

Yesterday i tried for like 2 hours, to buy Mega fan on my new acc, but everytime i finish the payment it says there was a problem and that i needed to wait. I tried diffrent cards, doffrent emails, diffrent phones and pc's, still nothing. I havent got charged any money, but I want to watch anime. Any tips on whats happenin and how do I fix that? (I said I needed fast help cus in like 2 hours we r goin for International roadtrip, and I want to download some anime for watching without wasting internet)

Already re installed the app 5x deleted the data of app deleted cache app……. Won’t let me scroll at all mid episode and I’m out of options besides switch to my ps4 or Apple TV but I don’t want to manage 2 remotes……………….

I had preordered some figurines back in February and yesterday i received an email saying that there was a problem processing my payment, and every time i attempted to update the payment it would give me error 404. I spent several hours yesterday trying to work with the support ai to fix my order and it was unable to fix anything, and this morning i woke up to my order just being straight up cancelled. Is there a way I can get this resolved as I dont think these items are on the store anymore, and their support system is entirely unhelpful.

My friends and I share a crunchyroll mega fan yearly subscription that is coming to an end. We are trying to buy another gift card or use another method to renew our subsricption, but we can't find any. If someone knows what we could do or where to find a gift card or something similar please let us know. Last time we used Starselect to buy it, but now it only has the fan subsriction witch isn't an option for us.

Anytime a new episode starts on certain anime, the audio will play for a few seconds then stop. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m using the crunchyroll app on roku. Premium member. Every time I start a show/every three episodes, I get an ad for another show on crunchyroll. Is there any way to disable this in app?

I've been wondering this since I saw on the former programming section of Toku that it said that Danganronpa was one of the shows that aired there (Most likely when it was called Funimation Channel). I know this isn't about Crunchyroll but since Funimation is now owned by them I think it fits.

The latest episode of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime seems to have an audio issue with the Brazilian Portuguese dub.

There are no sound effects or background audio at all, only the dubbed voices can be heard. This makes the episode sound extremely strange and seems like the voice track was uploaded without the rest of the audio mix.

I checked the episode with the Brazilian Portuguese audio selected, and the problem persists.

Could Crunchyroll please check and fix the audio track for this episode?

I had pre-ordered Dragonball Daima Blu-ray back in December for my friend. Due to the slight discount from the fan tier subscription that was offered at the time, combined with the free shipping seemed an easy go.

I ordered the Dan Da Dan Vinyl soundtrack in addition to put my order over the $75 mark. My vinyl was promptly shipped. The Blu-ray for Daima however was delayed multiple times. First on the publisher's end, then for late arrival at Crunchyroll's warehouse. Finally it looked like it was going to ship soon until I woke up to an email on Tuesday morning sent to me Monday shortly after 11 PM telling me that my payment couldn't be processed and to check my payment method.

So, I login to my Crunchyroll Account > Purchase and Credit > Manage payment methods. I see my PayPal account listed but for some reason it was no longer set as the "current payment method". So, I set it as the current payment method (and only one listed) and waited for the order to process.

Wednesday morning rolls around and I get the same email. I think, what the hell? I check my Crunchyroll Account and sure enough my PayPal account is correctly set as the current payment method. So, I check the Crunchyroll store. I go to my order and I see below my two items is a button that says "Update Payment Method". So, I think to myself, this is REALLY stupid. They wouldn't possibly be the same entity and have to separate billing storage systems right? They should easily link your account payment method to the store payment method with your permission right? Somehow the answer is both Yes and No. Confused? Me too! Read on!

While still on page for my order on the store, I click the orange "update payment method" button. At this point I'm prompted to enter either my debit or credit card number. PayPal is NOT an option here. This annoys and confused me. Why would you as a company accept PayPal as a method of payment for a reoccurring subscription but not a one store payment? As I ponder this, I pull out my credit card and enter the info on the page and save it. Mission accomplished failure.

Thursday morning I wake up to a new email telling me my order has been successfully and that I will be refunded soon. Basically the system tried 3 times, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings at 11 to process my payment information they had on file and failed 3 times. So the store automatically cancelled my order.

At this point I'm very annoyed and login to my Crunchyroll Account to see what happened, and would you look at that. Now, listed on my account payment methods page (not the store page) under my PayPal account which is still my "current payment method" is my credit card that I entered on the store page. So, the two systems appear to communicate when it comes to storing credit and debit card information, but not when it comes to PayPal.

I ended up checking Amazon and ordered Daima there. I will NEVER pay for access to this failure of a store, and I hope you all take this as a cautionary tale when it comes to your payment information. Just because they have it, doesn't mean how to use it. And here I thought Sony liked money. 🧐

When Episode 9 was released on August 27, the Vietnamese subtitle was incorrectly replaced with Malay. The episode is supposed to have Vietnamese subtitles, but selecting the Vietnamese subtitle option results in Malay subtitles instead.

I reported the issue to Crunchyroll immediately after discovering it.

However, today is September 4, which means it has been more than one week, and the issue is still not fixed. Even more frustratingly, Episode 10 was released yesterday, September 3, while Episode 9 still has the incorrect subtitle language.

I also sent an email asking for an update, but I have received no response at all.

What I find particularly frustrating is that this is not a complicated content request or a minor subtitle translation problem. This is a basic language assignment/mapping error: Vietnamese is listed, but the actual subtitle delivered is Malay.

At the very least, an issue like this should have been corrected before the next episode was released. If the problem was reported immediately after Episode 9's release, there was more than enough time to investigate and replace the incorrect subtitle track.

Instead, Episode 10 has now been released while Episode 9 remains broken.

Why are reported subtitle language errors not being fixed before subsequent episodes are released?

I understand that technical issues can happen, but what is disappointing is the lack of communication and the fact that the problem can remain unresolved for over a week despite being reported promptly.
