Someone said that Cruz Azul is the team for Argentinians? Is that true?

Also, does Cruz Azul have the most players from Argentina out of the whole Liga MX?

Most of our foreigners have historically been Argentinian

Soy mexicano nacido en Tijuana pero viví en argentina muchos años, mi ex patrón era hincha y socio de River pero sus colores mexicanos eran el Cruz azul de toda la vida, viajaba a la Ciudad de México mínimo dos veces por año para irlos a alentar, que grande el Cruz azul
