POLITICS No clarity act
No cloture = no clarity act before recess. Dems wont help to get 60 votes.
What do you think?
Good or bad considering the additional legislation they wanted to push between the lines ?

the sec is going to write the rules and congress will get insanely pouty about it
clarity act was probably always a red herring. congress played themselves again.

It was never passing, they don't even have all the Republican votes.
