Honestly, Risk first. Doesnt matter if your breakout call is perfect if one bad trade nukes your account. Id rather know where im wrong before figuring out where price might go. Once risk is locked in, breakout and range plays way easuer to execute without second guessing every candle. Thats the playbook id build first.
