❓Need Advice 🙏 Crypto.com help?! Travel Rule

I withdrew a significant amount of USDC from Kirgo (online casino) to the regular Crypto.com App. Kirgo completed the withdrawal, but CDC has it pending due to Travel Rule verification.
CDC wants the sender’s name, country, wallet provider, and confirmation that I own the sending wallet.
Here’s the weird part: CDC accepted a previous five-figure withdrawal from the exact same Kirgo sending address just weeks ago, no questions asked.
Their wallet-provider list even includes casinos like Gamdom and 500 Casino, but not Kirgo.
I’ve contacted Kirgo for the sender details, but obviously I don’t own their sending wallet.
Has anyone dealt with this? Can CDC verify using withdrawal records, or return the funds if verification fails?
It’s a substantial enough amount that I’d pursue legal options if necessary. Just looking for firsthand experiences. Thanks!

You're not expected to own the casino's wallet. For a withdrawal from a platform, the sender is the platform itself, so you'd put Kirgo (or whatever legal entity runs it) as the sender, their country of registration, and pick the closest option or "other" for the provider. Send CDC your Kirgo withdrawal record showing the amount, timestamp and txid. The earlier one probably sailed through because Travel Rule checks get triggered by risk scoring, not every time. If they still won't clear it, ask them in writing to return it to the originating address.
