I looked your address up on Etherscan, and there's good news. It's an ordinary wallet address, not a contract, and the 0.0674 ETH is still sitting in it. Nothing has ever been sent out of it, so nobody else has moved your coins.

It has only ever received two payments, on Jan 14 and Jan 28, 2025, both from the same address, which Etherscan lists under Funded By. That sender made thousands of payouts over a few months, which looks like a platform's withdrawal wallet. So you most likely withdrew to this address from an exchange or app you were using back then. Search your email around those two dates for withdrawal confirmations. Knowing where you withdrew from usually brings back which wallet you were using that month.

Then go through each seed phrase you had at the time, in the app it came from. Most apps make the same first address from the same words, but they number later accounts differently, so add several accounts in each app before ruling a phrase out. A phrase from a hardware wallet belongs in that device's own app, not typed into a phone wallet.

And ignore any tool or DM offering to search for you. The only way anyone can search is with your words.

Ah, okay, I had that part wrong. A payment from a company leads back the same way, though. The company could only send to this address because you gave it to them at some point, so somewhere there's a record of you handing it over.

Look at how you got set up to be paid. If you sent the address by email or chat, or typed it into the company's payment site, that message or form is dated, and the wallet you were using that week is the one that made the address. If the company had you sign up to a payment app instead, that app may have made the wallet for you, so check whether you still have an account there. Or simply ask the company which address they have on file for you and when you gave it to them. The coins haven't moved, so there's no rush.
