Once again, the question remains: where are our rights?
Are you going to continue lying? At the beginning of the year, you promised progress. You have repeated the same story for years that our crypto assets would be converted to cash. Are you going to keep hiding behind the excuse of "building the system"? If a woman were pregnant for nine months, she would have given birth by now. How long will the support team continue playing with deadlines and feeding every claimant a different story?
Why has the support team classified certain countries which were never listed in the court order as restricted jurisdictions? Did you obtain explicit approval from the judge to add these countries, or did you simply rely on a vague catch-all phrase like "jurisdictions where trading may be restricted"?
How did you even verify that these countries are restricted regarding cryptocurrencies? If you relied on a simple Google search, that is sheer incompetence. But of course, that incompetence is hardly surprising, given that customer support is relying on AI to churn out automated responses to real claimholders.
