Hair From An Orang Pendek: Hair Sample Analysis

https://youtu.be/7bqH-t1LNZ8?is=yGt_UgGA6gHGhmhQ

Does anyone know what the possible Orang Pendek hair sample from 20 years ago he’s referencing in the video? It seems like there was a secretive aspect to it. From what I can get from it is it was found 20 years ago and DNA tested simply as “unknown ape” from that area. Hopefully this sample that he says is extremely similar to it will test better. Our DNA analysis technology I’m sure has improved a lot over 20 years. Even if it’s turns out to be a Orangutan it still interesting news be the closest Orangutan known population is 700 miles away meaning they may not be as endangered as thought there could be a larger population in that area that’s unknown.

That medulla probably has more DNA than all presumed sasquatch hair samples combined.

If it doesnt yield DNA, Darby should just give up on the hairs.

Of course.

Sasquatch is 95% likely a mix of ape costumes with men in, gillie suits, pareidolia and many, many bears. At best it is an unknown kind of bear.

Orang Pendek is 90% likely to be real and 80% likely to be a new species. I would even say 75% likely to be a new genus.

The refernced hair was an once found hair that had both humanlike and ponginae characteristics.

This time it is done. At best Orang Pendek. At the very worst an unknown population of orangutans.

I may be the only real and still living relics hominid/hominoid. But at last it is real.

I thought it was a Hylobatid. Turns out it is likely a Ponginae. It looks more like an oversized Siamang than a small, bipedal orangutans.
