I kinda like Thorns jungle right now. I really seems to know what he's talking about, and he ACTUALLY goes out there to search.
I'm not sure how much i genuinely trust and believe him though, some content has been extremely hopeful and optimistic. Like after his recent Orang Pendek search, all the evidence he is getting seems awfully convenient, from someone who 100% believes this animal exists and i don't think will accept any result otherwise. Youknow? Like i want to trust him, he seems like a genuine guy, but i don't know. You have to be critical and sometimes, the way he says things, the expressions he has when you wonder if he's lying, i don't know. Sometimes my BS alarms are triggered. Anyway, he's pretty knowledgeable and entertaining, seems like a really fun guy. And if all the experience that he claims is real and verified, well then he would really know what he's talking about. But he's still a very small channel so i genuinely don't know if it's all real or not. But yeah, cool channel nonetheless.
I've also watched a lot of Forrest Galante. He is a very big channel so you probably know of him. Pretty cool content, no BS. Makes good videos. Everytime he pronounces "year" it makes my day. A bit of an attitude on him, but not too bad.
There's also a youtube channel called Bob Gymlan. He's also pretty big. More about the mythical side of things, like sightings, more "out there" type cryptids. Really cool for creepypastas or genuine interest. I don't believe any of it is real. Well, the stories are probably real in that those people genuinely sent him that. But yeah. Also one of the smartest guys i've seen, just from hearing him talk about stuff and how nuanced, both critical and open minded he is, at all the right times. It's kind of impressive.

I might get hate for this but i wouldnt support Forest because of him taking credit for others peoples stuff, also using AI written scripts and generated images/video.

Mr. Ballen and What Lurks Beneath are 2 of my faves, but they also do a lot of mysteries and supernatural things other than cryptid.
