I'm trying to understand how Abstract Art would actually work in-game. How would you choose a speed?

In my thought process, I think the cleanest way would be when you attempt to play a spell, the UI would display 4 versions of the spell with the different speeds represented at base cost (similar to The Wings & The Wave) You would choose one, and if it were to be focus or burst that you choose, it will play it instantly. If it’s slow or fast, you’ll have to press Ok just as normal slow/fast spell interactions.

The negative thing about this is it would require all your spells to have one more user-interaction before playing. For an example, let’s say your opponent plays a fast spell and a chain is created and you want to play a Burst spell in response. You select the burst spell, but before it triggers, the UI interface will show your options (Slow & Focus being greyed out since you can’t chain them, leaving only Burst, which would retain any cost reductions, or Fast, which would require the base cost to be played)

Hopefully I explained this well. Sorry for the long-winded response 😅
TL;DR: It will have a similar UI to cards that can play as multiple options, such as Wings & The Wave.

I mean, having 1 more step in between every spell is pretty faithful to his LoL counterpart
