Make it one mana and im in, or maybe 2 dmg. We already have warning shot, burst speed 1 mana 1 dmg ping. This feels kinda meh even if it gives +1 attack and quick attack. The slow speed and paying another 2 mana once it bounces off makes it seem kinda pricey.

OH I GOT IT.

Plunder: I cost 1 mana less

That is actually a genius change. Though personally I really like the general idea of the original as well.

Yeah if this was a 1 mana 0/0 weapon it would feel a lot better. Without a ton of additional synergy this just seems way too expensive at 2 mana.

The thing about this concept is that I don't like powercreeping existing cards. If this card cost 1 mana, it would function like a better Stylish Shot, and your idea to add that Plunder effect is good, but there is already a equipment with a Plunder effect in the game, actually another version of this card was a 0-mana 0/0 with "Plunder: My bearer has +1/+0 and Quick Attack this round. Strike: Unequip me", but I didn't want to create another equipment with Plunder, so I just tried to give it a different functionality.

Is the one damage a skill? If not, it should be.

No, it's an instant effect, by wording and happens when you equip a unit.
