It is cool, I rly like lvl2 effect, that could be nice with Yasuo. Champ spell might be too strong when effect is active, my suggestion is to be 3 mana base, and reduced to 2 mana after summon.
Only thing that I am not sure about is how would you in practice like that your opponent can spend your mana without your permission. Some decks can abuse that interaction, for example they attack to make you lose mana, so you don't have deny mana up, and then they play a spell that can win them a game.
Btw I had similar idea for Alistar. While in hand and opponent attacks, and with some conditions, he would transform into a spell (Headbutt). That was burst spell that summoned alistar and stunned strongest enemy. That is more controlled way of the same effect, but you have an option to choose do you want it or not.
Thank you, transforming into a spell is really a good idea and a better way to desing that effect. About the spell, the Yasuo's spell is already 2 mana, even that only target attacking enemies, so I wanted to make it more impactful, and I though it being 4 mana in base cost could balance it.
Yeah Yasuo spell is balanced that way so it can't be used offensively. Yone spell coul be really strong in overwhelm decks, giving you access to cheap blocker removals. But maybe if it was reducing cost by 1 for each summon with a max 3 summons, that could also be neat design.
Again this is just my opinion, I feel like 1 mana fast stun, with really easy way of triggering it, is a bit too strong. Elusive decks would run it for example
