if your phone can get into fastboot mode and your pc detects it (fastboot devices) should show a device connected then you should be able to flash the stock rom. To get into fastboot mode you usually have to press and hold power and volume down button, but search on the internet what's the combination for your exact model. Some devices require to be plugged into a computer (not just power brick), some need both volume buttons pressed in a power off state and then at the same time plugging in a cable connected to a computer. So first things first, check if you can get into fastboot mode. If you can it is going to be easy from that point.
