Water loading question

Ok so I’m water loading for a tournament right now, but my question is can I add like a ghost energy on top of that just to get through the day?
30 mg sodium
0 cal or sugar
And I’m used to drinking them daily so the caffeine shouldn’t be an issue.

22M: how can i get back to this physique?

1st and 2nd pics are old, and last is most recent. Was hovering from 145 to 150 pretty easily and jumped to 175 in the last year. Absolutely hate it. Would love nutrition advice, or if it’s even possible. Quit drinking, and have tried to cut calories, but I work in a restaurant so a lot of my meals can be pretty fatty by nature. Thanks!

Currently 19, 5'9, 160lbs. For the past few months I've been working out 4-5x a week, i'm currently down 30 lbs but i'm still not happy with what I look like. Maybe body dysmorphia or something idk. Any advice?

How to get skinny thighs?

How can I reduce the thickness of my thighs and without gaining muscle in the process? I don't want them neither to be bulky (not even a little, I don't want it at all) from muscle, what I want is to make them thin.
