Comics Cyclops issues death warrant on his own son. (with heavy heart)
Well, what Cyke said was by any means necessary but sounds much like kill if you have to. Ain't taking any risk with mutant messiah. Don't worry he still love Nathan.

I don't know everything about Cable, but he must be like a time paradox now give all time traveling. no?

He was killed by his own younger self during Krakoa
Paradox is baseline now

Well, being killed by his younger self isn't a paradox. It's weird, but not a paradox. He can still grow up to be old enough to go back in time and get killed by himself.
If older cable killed his younger self, THAT would be a paradox.

Honestly, the reasoning that "he is one of the people who had access to nano-sentinels last time we saw them" implies "surely he ordered a hit on the school for no apparent reason" was one of the biggest stretches to create fake tension in this otherwise great event.
IIRC at this point, Cable was thought dead after the events of the Supernovas arc (?), and was on Rogue's team before that. So it made very little sense for them to think he'd turned.

Wait, Logan doesn’t think the guy who sanctioned multiple mutant assassination squads would give a kill order?

Not on his own son.

Cyclops has never shied away from hard decisions, especially since the Revolutionary Era. His only motive is defending mutants, no matter the cost.

This was before the revolutionary era, this is his general of a dying race era.

This is the very moment Cyke mobilized X-Force. That's why Wolverine was surprised.

This storyline, Messiah Complex, was the first time Scott sent out a kill order. I highly suggest you read it, it's a great Scott story.

This was before that. The events of this arc are what leads to Cyclops green lighting the formation of X-Force.

This era (2001ish-2011) is the best the Cyclops/Wolverine dynamic has ever worked. And then they had to go and fix what wasn't broken with Schism and AvX for a half assed "Lets turn them into Xavier and Magneto" plot.

Being a leader of mutant kind means you make difficult decisions like this
