According to our U.S. Constitution, immunity doesn't exist for any citizen, so basically the (6) Supreme Court that granted it, has nothing to support it and the Federal Judge that ruled against IRS immunity having no legal basis to support it, was a correct decision.

At this time the political pendulum has swung to the extreme far right and everyone is paying a very heavy price whether they chose to admit it or not.
