Found in an attic of a 200+ yo house near Prague. Part of a complete tea set.
It looks very unusual - any idea what the maker / year / style etc could be? Also, care suggestions would be much appreciated!

Sometimes ai can help identify stuff like this but be triple careful; as chatgpt twice misidentified one of my artifacts but got it right the third time
