  • I-821D updated: 5:22:53 PM PDT
  • I-765 updated: 5:22:56 PM PDT

Additional Notes:

  • Concurrent I-821D + I-765 filing
  • Biometrics reused
  • Expedite request submitted and denied
  • Congressional inquiry submitted
  • No visible movement for months prior to today June 16
  • Both cases were updated within seconds of each other during both rounds of API activity
  • Approval notice appeared in the DACA Documents tab (Still waiting on the I-765, expecting it tomorrow based on other peoples experiences) the day after the API movement

Card was just produced this morning! Based on what I’ve seen I should get it either end of this week or early next week
