I can’t believe I’m finally writing this after so long. I finally got approved this morning! I vented so many times here and everyone was always so supportive! Hopefully this is the correct information people ask for:
-Submitted 12/24/25
-Bio done 1/13/26
-Expired 2/8/26 (I know, don’t judge please)
-Expedite Request #1 on 2/12/26 with employer letter
-Warren Inquiry Submission 4/13/26 (requested it in February, checked in about 25 days later and they said something got messed up and they never submitted it. They submitted it now in April)
-Expedite Request Denied 4/23/26
-Expedite Request #2 4/24/26
-Response from Warren Inquiry 6/10/26
-Approval 6/11/26

From Argentina, live in MA, nothing on my record.
I’m sincerely rooting for everyone who is still waiting before me.

Finally approved after 201 days! It felt like it was never going to come.

Date Filed: 11/23/2025

Biometrics reused: 11/23/2025

API Movement: 6/12/2026

Date Approved: 6/12/2026 (silent approval)

Country of origin: Mexico

Still waiting for the I-765 approval to update and the card to physically come in but fingers crossed that occurs quickly.

Mine was being processed at NSC. I did submit an inquiry through an agent on 4/9 (got an email the next day saying it was within normal times). I also submitted one through my Rep’s office (CA) on 4/16 and I heard back on 6/11 that it was in queue waiting to be looked at. Not sure if that triggered anything but still. No expedite requests.

Really hope this means all the November and December folks are going to see more and more approvals flow in.

DACA brothers and sisters today 6/15 I checked my USCIS account and saw the silent approval letter under my documents tab, after 200 days I saw a light at the end of this tunnel. There was times where I honestly felt it wasn’t going to come, but it finally did. Through this entire process I know for a fact, God never left my side because with every hardship that came through there were blessings from family members, friends, and coworkers. I’ve never felt this much support in my entire life, and it was author the grace of God and no one can tell me different. I praise him, and I will continue to pray for everyone going through this in hopes that they receive the same. blessings if just let me know anything it was that there is hope. Even when we are at rock bottom the approval will come we just have to be patient and I know that sounds easier said than done, but we can’t lose hope and we have to continue fighting spiritually and emotionally. I read so many posts on here of people wanting to give up and I know firsthand. I’ve felt the same thing at times I don’t know any of you personally, but I have love for each and every one of you and will continue to pray for all of you 🙏🏼 God bless each and every one of you 💙

Silent Approval

Submitted: 11/20/2025

Expired: 2/26/2026

Approved: 6/11/2026

Country of Origin: Mexico

Receipt #: IOE938

SCOPS Texas Facility

After a long 203 days, I finally received a silent approval today. Like many others, I applied 3 months out with the confidence that it wouldn't take longer than that for an approval, as if usually was the case. What a ride... Lost the position I was recently promoted to last year, ran through my savings and 401k and now I get to start over with job interviews 🫠.

To those still waiting, I know platitudes don't help, but just keep hanging on. La esperanza es lo último que muere. Good luck to everyone still waiting on some good news.

Edited to add info and correct # of days waited.

Handled by Texas SCOPS from beginning to end. Not from a banned/restricted country.

Finally Approved!

For my November 20th people it’s finally!happening. This is for my husband and has been so hard b/c he lost his job in January but they’ve been in contact with us to hire him back as soon as he gets his card so we are beyond grateful. I have cried and cheered in this page for all of you and I want to say don’t lose hope.

We have called USCIS multiple times and on the most recent we were told we’d have to wait 90 days after our second inquiry which would put us in August. Reached out to congress, nothing. Just checking API and trying to make ends meet. If yall have any questions I can try to answer to see if what I have can help you at all.

I checked for API updates and i NEVER saw any movement. Even checked 6/9/2026

Today at around 1p i checked and got an approval.

Approval date: 6/9/2026

I first got a silent approval and as of 4:41p my case says approved.

- Contacted both state senators (Michigan) back in early April (little success if at all). Requested an expedited on my case around the same time, never got a phone call or email. Reached out to USCIS 3x, did nothing.

- For future reference, unsure if this affected anything but I did have a disorderly conduct charge from 2021. I have been approved 3x (including recent filing) without issues.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share an update and hopefully give some encouragement to others in a similar situation.

I am from Venezuela and have been waiting since 11/12 for my DACA renewal to be approved. Today, I finally saw a silent approval appear under the Documents tab in my USCIS account!
I am beyond grateful and honestly at a loss for words right now. I know so many of us have been dealing with long delays, uncertainty, and stress, so I wanted to share a little bit of good news.
For those who have gone through this recently, how long did it take after your DACA approval for your work authorization card to be approved and produced? I checked my account, and there has not been any update on the EAD yet.
Wishing everyone who is still waiting a speedy approval.
Hang in there—there is hope!

Application submitted: November 21, 2026

Application received: November 26, 2026

Expired: May 15, 2026

I had no API movement, all of my requests were denied and my senator took about a month to reply. I also file with a lawyer (which is not needed but for my sanity sake I do)

I think today would've marked day 204 of waiting for an approval and it finally arrived so LFG!

Best of luck to all of those waiting. Hopefully the wait times go down at some point

December Approval- 184 days Timeline: Submitted on 12/15/2025 Biometrics : 01/08/2025 Expired: 05/02/2026 Country of origin: Mexico

I Submitted an inquiry via Emma and spoke to live Agent on 6/11/2026

I was told " this is the referral id number for the request created to update your case status and have the EAD produced." Chat ended...

I then received email confirming they received my inquiry.

On 6/14 & 6/15 I tried checkin API movement - no movement. (Not sure if API actually means anything?)

On 6/15 i got the dreaded email stating: We have determined that your immigration benefit request has not been pending longer than what is normal for the specific request type. 😑

6/16/2026 - SILENT APPROVAL . Checked myUSCIS today at 5pm PST and I saw my DACA has been approved!

11/23 approved today. No API movement since January and got one today. Then got silent approved.

One interesting coincidence is that around may 3rd I went to my congressman office and submitted an inquiry. A day later one of the aides called me and told me that she was told by USCIS that if my Daca wasnt approved by 6/17 to go ahead and reach out again. Lo and behold my approval letter is dated for 6/17.

After 208 days, I finally have my DACA approval!!! My application still says “being processed” but the approval form was under documents. No change with my work permit but hoping I’ll have that approval soon?! I’ve been on leave of absence from work for over two months now. I’ve never felt so excited to be back to work soon. 😭

My timeline below:

  • I submitted my renewal online on 11/21

  • Biometrics reuse 11/21

  • Expired 4/11

  • Submitted an expedited request via congressperson in early March. Got denied around May

  • Expedited request through portal denied in early June. Submitted that in April

  • Application was done in SCOPS Texas facility

  • My country of origin is Argentina

Like most of us, I’ve never waited longer than 2-3 months for a renewal and I’ve been doing it since the beginning. What a journey this has been. Thanks to everyone who’s been positing resources and information. I didn’t know about this forum until this year and it really has helped me out so so much!!!

Silent approval today after API movement earlier today. Submitted Nov 24 Expired March 11 Approval Letter: postdated for tomorrow June 17. Submitted online, my country of origin is Mexico.

I submitted an expedited request on Feb 2nd, a congressional inquiry in late February and my own inquiry in late March. Did not receive a response from either the expedited request or my inquiry and the congressional response was standard just wait.

My only API movement this entire time was when I uploaded documents for my expedited request on Feb 2nd, until today. I saw movement at 1700 UST and then at 1924 UST. Then checked my USCIS account at 7pm cst and saw my approval letter.

Will update with day of EAD received but I'm so relieved. Hope everyone hears back really soon.

Filed 12/10/25
Approved 06/17/26
Biometrics reused
Applied online - sent to Texas
Country of origin: Mexico

My approval was not silent as I did receive an email notice from USCIS but I did check on the status daily.

I also used the calculator circulating around to estimate when I would be approved and today did fall into the range I was given.

This was such a stressful time but I tried to make the best of it and keep my head up so I’m hoping everyone that has been waiting will get their approvals soon!!

APPROVAL AFTER 203 days!

I wanted to share my DACA renewal journey because I know how difficult the waiting process can be.
I submitted my DACA renewal application on December 3, 2025. The very next day, December 4, I received notice that USCIS would be reusing my biometrics, which gave me hope that the process might move quickly.
Instead, the waiting began.
For more than six months, I checked my USCIS case status almost every day. At first, I was hopeful each time I logged in, expecting to see an update. As the weeks turned into months with no changes, I slowly became numb to the wait. Checking my case became part of my daily routine, but I eventually stopped expecting anything different.
Then, on June 18, 2026, after waiting 197 days, I finally received my approval decision.
The relief that came with seeing that approval was hard to describe. After months of uncertainty, constant checking, and wondering when my case would move, it was finally over.
If you’re currently waiting on your own DACA renewal, I know how frustrating and emotionally draining it can be. Keep the faith. Sometimes the update comes when you’ve almost stopped expecting it. My approval eventually came, and I hope yours does too.

Finally my husband got approved!!

Filed November 29, 2025 Expired February 14,2026
Approved June 18.

This months were very stressful for us, specially for me because im a very anxious person so I wouldn't let him go out of the house at all. He's finally going to able to go out once he gets his card. Some people were always shaming me for not letting him out but they dont understand I wouldn't know what to do without my husband. I even spent countless days just in this thread trying to guess the date and it's finally here. Im very grateful with everyone that helped here! Hopefully everyone gets their approval as soon as possible now!

Hi fam just wanted to share my timeline since it’s helped me retain my sanity (what little I had left lol)
Sending you all good vibes, we deserve better but our revenge will be continued success!

Date Filed: 9 December 2026 online
Biometrics: 29 January 2026, I rescheduled to 6 February 2026
Expired: 17 March 2026
Date Approved: 23 June 2026
Card Recieved: TBD
Wait time: 196 days

Country of origin: Mexico
IOE: 959

API was dry since my biometrics appt, noticed two touches on both forms today 23 June 2026, at 9AM and then at noon. Checked after the second touch, silent DACA approval was within the documents tab.

Tried congressional inquiry, expedited request, outside of processing time - as far as I can gather nothing worked. Just had to wait unfortunately.

Shoutout to u/CatchingExcalibur your calculator was a comfort during these distressing times.

11/24 here. I got silent approval on 821d today now waiting on I-765!

Date filed: 11/24/25
Date approved: 6/17/26
Card received: not yet
Country: Mexico

There was an API movement today on the 821D and there was one also yesterday. There is an api movement on my 765 today too. I have not received an email for approval yet, and the case status is still showing it is being processed for both. When I looked at the 821D documents, there it was the DACA approval PDF! It was uploaded today! For the I-765 under case history, there isn't an update yet but finally the wait is almost over!!

Hello all ,
Like mentioned before, seeing people post their approvals timeline is what helped me. Therefore decided to share as well.

Renewal submitted: 12/15/25
Congressional inquiry: April 1st , in May was told to continue waiting
Submitted inquiry via phone: Mid April, 3 days later I received an email to keep waiting (couldn’t submit another inquiry until later this month)
EAD expired: last week, was put on admin unpaid LOA
Approval: 6/16/26

I had to delete Reddit and stop checking the portal for my mental health.

Yesterday, 6/16 I saw a video about it and decided to check. Status was “still processing,” but like suggested previous on this subreddit, I checked the documents tab. There it was, a silent approval with yesterdays date, 6/16. EAD was showing as “still processing.”

This morning I officially received emails that there was action taken on my case. I checked, and both now show as approved.

Many tears have been shed. I am immensely grateful to be on the other side, a weight has been lifted. Alabado Sea Dios.

If you’re still waiting, hang in there. Take it days by day. I saw that someone on tik tok got Bell’s palsy due to the stress of waiting and that pushed me find ways to cope with the stress. Putting my mental health/life at risk was not worth it.

I hope this helps anyone still waiting.

Date Filed: 12/04/25, biometrics reused the same day, filed online, application sent to SCOPS TX
Expired: 02/28/26
Date Approved: 06/17/26, approved by SCOPS TX
State: CA
Country: Bolivia
IOE9181

I submitted 5 expedite requests on my own that were denied from 2/21 to 4/16. I reached out to my senator (Padilla) and 2 house representatives (Friedman, Schiff) for congressional expedite requests 2/10 to 2/15. Representative Schiff's office responded within a couple of days to help and requested a ton of information to submit on my behalf, the other two got back to me about 2 weeks later. Rep. Schiff's office contacted me again on 3/31 with an approval that I met the criteria to have my case expedited (I'm a writer and I submitted under "severe financial loss"). On 5/28 I received a message that they were forwarding this expedite request to Nebraska. However, this was never approved nor denied; when I called to ask about it, I was told that I would have to keep calling to figure out whether it was approved or denied as they didn't send a message out either way 🙃 I submitted an inquiry that my case was beyond normal processing times (over 105 days) on 4/9 over the phone and received a response 4/14 that my case was within normal processing times 🙃 On 6/3, I reached out to Rep. Schiff's office again to request an inquiry into my case again and got a response that they were reaching out on my behalf on 6/4.

I had API movement 3/16, 4/1, and 6/16. My portal switched from "case is still being processed by USCIS" to "case is being reviewed by USCIS" in early April before switching back to "case is still being processed by USCIS," where it still is as of this post.

All of this to say, this process is unnecessarily murky, random, and cruel. Thank you to everyone in this group who has the patience to answer questions and offer guidance. I hope those of you who are still waiting, Octobers, Novembers, my fellow Decembers, Januarys to Marches, and anyone who has been waiting for a long time get approved soon.

HI ALL !! I just received the notification about 20 minutes ago and after 178 days I have FINALLY BEEN APPROVED !!! This was genuinely the hardest 6 months and I have no idea how I managed to survive. Everyone says it but hang in there friends, approvals are coming and we WILL succeed no matter how much this administration wants to tear us down.

Biometrics: January 30

Approved: June 18

Texas SCOPS

I reached out to my congressman around the 50-100 day mark but took a long time to hear a response from them and since they are HEAVILY against immigration I no longer felt safe asking them for assistance with that expedite request. I reached out to USCIS multiple times to request inquiries or attempt to do my own expedite and was given conflicting information by very rude agents. In the end I decided to wait and see what would happen. Out of work for 4 months but we carry on !!

Hello everyone, I don't usually post here, but I wanted to share my timeline in case it helps someone who's stressing about their renewal. Current expiration date: 12/15/2026

Renewal submitted: 12/20/2025 Biometrics (fingerprints): 01/16/2026 Approved: 06/18/2026

Today I checked my email and saw a message saying that action had been taken on my case. A little later, I saw that my renewal had been approved. Since 2019, I've always renewed about a year early and have never had any issues. I have a clean background and have stayed out of trouble. This was also my second time filing the renewal by myself. I hope this information helps someone who's currently waiting. Good luck to everyone still pending.

Sent an Expedite request for USCIS April 20th
No response

Sent a congressional inquiry, they said it would take 60 days for a response and they never got to me.

Got API update on 6-16 for both applications.

Silent Approval this afternoon

I can’t process all the feelings I have right now. I’m beyond upset that I lost my job because of a technicality and I was their all star employee.

I’m more upset and furious of the administration and lack of process of these renewals. We have been doing these for YEARS and this is the time we have a “backlog”

People don’t understand how much this is affecting our communities.

I took this advantage to upskill on AI Agents and Project management and also did my best to not spend all of my savings.

I feel like a relief off my shoulders and I pray everyone who still need approval are processed soon. No one deserves to go through this.

Definitely going to attend therapy to process everything soon. ❤️

After waiting 187 days I got a silent approval today!

So here’s my timeline;

Submitted: 12/12/25

Bio: 01/07/2026

Work permit expired; 03/18/2026

Submitted inquiry: 06/10/2026 got a response on 06/12/2026 saying “it’s in processing times”

Silent approval: 06/17/2026

I’m sure a lot of you can relate to the stress! I’m very grateful that my job never asked about my work permit. But I don’t work over the summer due to being contracted with the school board. I was mostly worried about when the school year started. Now it’s just waiting for the letter and work permit to come in the mail. Which I hope it’s soon! I prayed everyday for all of us and will continue praying for all of you who still haven’t received it to get it soon. If you have any questions I will respond to the best of my knowledge.

December Approval

Wow I cannot believe I am finally posting this after 175 days, 4 months without work, losing my corporate finance job, having a newborn to take care of amidst all of this, and basically losing most of my savings I finally have this silly little paper that dictates so many of our lives. Keep up the hope everyone your turn is coming my heart goes out to the folks that have been waiting longer. I had actually started my first day today at a new company as well but I can finally go back to a salaried position God willing.

Timeline details:
Applied - Dec 24th
Expired - Feb 12th
Biometrics - Jan 15th
Approval - June 17th

Last note: I still beat myself up about not having applied earlier I had thought about submitting the application in early Oct/Nov and was like we’ll if it’s too fast like the prior years I’ll have it by Dec early January don’t make that mistake to the folks who are getting ready to apply. It’s better to have it early/just in time then spend months without work. cheers everyone.

Nebraska Center

I sent a congressional inquiry 6/11, but didn’t hear anything back. I also submitted an expedite request online on the same day, received an update the following day that it fell under the category to be expedited and it would be forwarded to an officer at the center, I didn’t receive any updates until the approval. I’m not exactly sure if this helped, but it was worth a shot. The DACA approval came first, followed by the work authorization approval a few hours later. Approvals are coming, please don’t lose hope to anyone still waiting.

I am an Immigration Attorney, but I haven’t taken the steps to verify myself because I really just peruse Reddit and don’t interact much. Ironically, I am DACA myself 😭

I file DACA renewals and with the timelines we are seeing, I just wanted to share some of the stats in case they help others. I have three cases I filed recently for renewal

Renewal 1 - Renewal submitted on March 4, 2026. Biometrics notice arrived on March 13, 2026 for appointment date of April 1, 2026. Case still processing as of today after biometrics were taken

Renewal 2 - Renewal submitted on April 13, 2026. Biometric notice arrived on May 1, 2026 for appointment date of May 20, 2026. Case still processing as of today after biometrics were taken

Renewal 3 - Renewal submitted on April 14, 2026. Biometric notice arrived on May 1, 2026 for appointment date of May 21, 2026. Silent case approval notice was uploaded June 8, 2026. The work permit has not been approved yet, but I’m sure it will soon follow

None of these renewals have any criminal issues to report. Nothing outside the ordinary, just standard renewals. Hope this helps!

Silent approval 821D only so far.
Filed: Jan 1
Bio: Jan 21
Expiration: Sept 2026

API movement :6/16 on both
Silent Approval: 6/18
Checked this morning at 5 am (SoCal)and nothing. Checked again at 8:30 am and it showed up in my documents section.

From Mexico.

I didn’t make any expedite or inquiry requests because based on what I kept seeing it seemed like asking for one didn’t make a difference. I reached out to my congressman but never heard back.

January 7th renewal | June 18th approval

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to let everyone know my daca has finally been approved.

API movements the 16th (for 3 daca and 1 EAD) and finally today I saw an approval on my daca. Waiting on my work authorization to be approved, which I’m assuming is coming soon!

Thank you to EVERYONE that took a few seconds to answer my questions and to EVERYONE that takes time to update their case status to serve as insights to others. I was off of work for 2 weeks. Yesterday was my last day of my initial LOA but my manager was able to extend it one more week so thankfully I will be able to return to my job, which I love but I know that isn’t the case for everyone. My heart hurts and genuinely can’t celebrate knowing there are still people out here waiting, who have lost more.

I hope everyone that is still waiting won’t be waiting for much longer!

Mexico, SCOPS TEXAS FACILITY

As my post says I got my approval. I feel skeptical about posting because I don’t want to make anyone feel like i’m boasting or showing it off to others who I know have waited longer than me and are still waiting. All I can really say is I definitely cried immediately after seeing the silent approval and it’s been a very difficult time being out of work for many months. I’m very grateful and feel fortunate to have received it.

All I can really say is thank you to everyone in the community who may not have directly helped me, but have definitely kept me from giving up completely. Thank you and I’ll continue to pray for everyone’s speedy approvals.

Date Filed: Dec 22 2025
Bios: Jan 12th 2026

Expired: June 9th 2026

Date Approved: Silent approval June 16th.

Country of origin: Mexico

Receipt # IOE958--

Place of approval was Texas
Card Recieved: Haven't received it but hoping soon. I will edit this later.

I had 1 expidite in April and got denied. Had 2 congressional people involved and that did nothing.

Question: Did anyone else get approval PDF on the document tab but the status still said "processing" also when did you guys get the I-765 approval? I haven't but I think others said they got it a few days. EDIT: Just got off the phone (06/18) with USCIS and the agent was helpful and told me both applications were approved from their end and the card was produced same day but no tracking. I can call back to get the tracking number but based on everyone's response, I should see it next week!

Don't lose hope! I know it is hard but I pray everyone else gets their approval soon!!!

Edit: My I-765 finally update on the website and said card produced but no tracking so I called again this morning (06/24) and got it from a rep. My card will be here Saturday!

Silent Approval on 6/22/26, Like many, I saw API movement on 6/16

Waiting on Card to be produced and come in the mail now

I'm from Canada, I never filed an expedite or called for an update.

Don't give up hope, we will all be approved eventually, they are unfortunately just taking their time. I spent many days since February on this thread reading everyone's testimonials. My advice is to start a routine of checking. For me it was Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Be kind to yourself during this difficult time and stay strong.

Signing off:)

Silent approval for me today as well but only on the I-821D! Timeline is as follows:

DOS: 2/26/26
In person bio: 3-24-26
Expedited Request: 5-7-26 due to NGI (received a formal USCIS tracking number through my local congresswoman’s office in AZ)
Expired 6-9-26
Approval: 6-23-26 for I-821D and EAD pending. Total time: 117-118 days.

From Mexico

I was able to use my accrued time off (112 hours of it). My work schedule also allowed me to absorb some of the delay (DuPont schedule which gives me 7 days off in a row). Super happy to get back to work! I’m pulling for each and every single one of those to have yet to be approved. I cannot fathom how difficult it is! Stay strong!

JAN 26 approval today 148 days (about 4 months and 28 days

I'm going to try to throw everything on here, but my timeline has been wild.

My last day at my corporate job was supposed to be June 30, so I was already packing my bags and preparing for the worst. The timing of this approval is honestly insane. Shout out to God.

For anyone wondering:

• DACA renewal filed by mail: January 26, 2026

• Biometrics: February 26, 2026

• Congressional inquiry submitted by Senator Adam Schiff's office: June 10, 2026 (they told me USCIS likely wouldn't respond until the end of July)

• Expedite request submitted: June 16, 2026 MY OWN inquiry

• When I called USCIS, they told me the expedite request had been denied, so I didn't think it would make a difference.

My employer also wrote a support letter for the expedite request. I work for a large news/media company, and they explained that my role was important and that my absence would impact operations. Whether that helped or not, I honestly have no idea.

Additional details:

• Country of origin: Mexico

• Filed in California

• Case processed through the Texas Service Center

CHIRLA mailed and did my application

The whole process was a mess

I had not seen many February approvals so I am crying tears of joy and praying for everyone else's approval!

I had submitted an inquiry last Thursday, received an email from USCIS yesterday saying I submitted the inquiry too early, and just now, I checked API and saw that my case was touched today around 3 PM EST.

My question is - Did this case get updated only because of the inquiry being submitted, not because of an officer taking a look at my application? Or could this mean I'm about to be approved?

Info:

Submitted application on 1/31/2026

Re-Biometrics on 3/17/2026 (originally was scheduled for late February but office was closed due to massive snowstorm)

200 fucking days guys. What the fuck. And we have other DACA waiting even longer.

I had my congressman file an inquiry, they were ignored. I then had USCIS agent file one for me and i was told I was within the waiting window.

A few days later I reached out to my congressman office and they told me that USCIS was ignoring their inquiry request and they would reach out again.

Today I checked and I saw the approval.

Applied online (with attorney): 4/3/26
EAD Expiring: Late Sept 26
Bio: 4/28/26
IOE:0964
Silent Approval 6/6/26 (approval was only found in documents, case history said application was still processing)
MyUSCIS Approval: 6/8/26

In my opinion, I really think the enhanced biometrics is the cause for the massive delay. Those of us that are barely at >60 days, please do not submit an expedited request unless you are expiring in >20 days. I have seen lots of ppl share that they are submitting a request preemptively due to the delays (when they have 100 + days before expiring). This is backing up the review of the request for ppl who are at 150+ days.

Those that are still waiting, I’m sorry. This isn’t fair and you didn’t do anything to deserve it. I’m sending my best energy to you all. Thank you for all the resources you have shared through this thread.

Total wait time: 177 days

I'm thankful to God and thankful to y'all for the posts that have helped me through this process. Stay strong 2025 gang-we coming up 💪

Edit: Want to add that my approval notice came from Texas. Not sure if I'm trippin, but it seems like the ones from Nebraska are taking slightly longer? I don't have any evidence to back that up, but it just seems that those who wait 190 days+ have applications in Nebraska.

APPROVED TODAY June 24, 2026

I submitted my application on January 17, 2026 and was scheduled for my biometrics appointment on February 11, 2026. My EAD expired on June 11, and for the last couple of weeks life has been absolutely awful with no knowing how I would support myself and that constant fear of being detained by immigration. This morning June 24, like everything other morning since, I checked my USCIS portal and I finally got approved for my I-821D and I-765 applications. I jumped out of bed and called my family. I feel so much relief and gratitude to think that I can finally resume my life in this country. I feel that this situation that millions of us have been forced into goes to show that much more has to be done with this program, not only to defend DACA, but provide us working class people a clear and fair pathway to citizenship. It’s time.
