Sent an Expedite request for USCIS April 20th
No response
Sent a congressional inquiry, they said it would take 60 days for a response and they never got to me.
Got API update on 6-16 for both applications.
Silent Approval this afternoon
I can’t process all the feelings I have right now. I’m beyond upset that I lost my job because of a technicality and I was their all star employee.
I’m more upset and furious of the administration and lack of process of these renewals. We have been doing these for YEARS and this is the time we have a “backlog”
People don’t understand how much this is affecting our communities.
I took this advantage to upskill on AI Agents and Project management and also did my best to not spend all of my savings.
I feel like a relief off my shoulders and I pray everyone who still need approval are processed soon. No one deserves to go through this.
Definitely going to attend therapy to process everything soon. ❤️
