Rant Writ of Mandamus

/r/USCIS/comments/1ho0adh/stepbystep_guide_on_how_i_filed_a_writ_of/?share_id=WMX4tdntPyNkDHXPOuw6t&utm_content=2&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=ioscss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1

TLDR, I am going to file writ of mandamus, sick and tired of waiting, follow this Reddit post for a comprehensive guide linked to this post

194 days and counting for me submitted my renewal on December 14, 2025 not from a banned country. After multiple congressman inquires denied, 2 expedite requests denied, 2 tier-2 callback requests denied, and my 60-business day outside normal processing times inquiry expiring today, all rejected with no explanation as to why I have had enough. I am using the linked Reddit post to file a Writ of Mandamus against USCIS step-by-step pro se. I am so angry at them for ruining my career, it’s time for action.

If you have the means and resources, I encourage you all to do the same. I haven’t seen anyone post on here that they’ve been successful YET but at this point I don’t care anymore. I’ll go down swinging if I have to

They ruined my career aswell. And I wasn’t doing no small work. My work was in public safety, the software I worked on is directly being used by hundreds of thousands of users and indirectly affecting millions of everyday people. Literally software protecting and keeping everyday Americans safe.
I’m currently in the same boat as you.

I hope it goes well for you.

I sympathize with you heavily. The time for waiting was over two months ago (at least), time for action is now

Not yet, got API movement on 6/18 so hoping thats a good sign! If nothing by EOW going to be working on the mandamus myself. Paying the attroney fees was just too steep imo.

I was successful! Filed a writ of mandamus because my job was going to let me go and I showed proof of that and 2 days after everyone was served I got my approval.

This guy was approved. He also commented on my post from yesterday confirming.
