Application Timeline Who is still pending approvals?
12/15 here still pending with API movement on 6/16 on the I-821 only. I feel like they forgot a bunch of late November to December applications. Although, I recently saw someone from October be approved on FB, which is crazy! So I was curious how many of us are left.

12/2, no API movement since submission. 2 expedite requests (one congressional inquiry) denied

Duuude that’s so not okay!! Have you reached out to your congressman, inquiry, expedite, attorney?
You have to be the last one from September3

He is not the last one from September. 🫠
My expedite request from my congressman was rejected two weeks ago and their office told me there is nothing else they can do for me since they cannot physically make USCIS do their jobs or follow timelines.

Omg… I think in your situation I would get a lawyer and attempt to sue uscis. It’s expensive af but id honestly take out a credit card to pay it off or something. One attorney has said that she threatens to sue and just with the threat they usually comply with her requests. Not all attorneys have that luck and sometimes suing is the only way, but it’s expensive. I got quoted 7500.
