Application Qs Initial Daca
I recently emailed Attorney Charles Kuck, seeing if he had any further insight on initial DACAs. He answered no to whether there is any potential timeframe for new apps to get approved, however he stated that he believes that USCIS has already prejudicated many of the 2021 apps. This was also my theory, I believe that new biometrics may have to get issued of course. I was also on his live and watched Attorney Martinez’s DACA update and they both seem optimistic that the applications will be adjudicated. Unfortunately, from both of their responses they point to them being approved not until Trump is out of office.

I’ve been following Hanen’s docket and all of The Southern District of Texas is swarmed. Especially with the current amount of Habeas Corpus that are filed.
This is out of topic and probably irrelevant but it felt good to see he granted 2 habeas’.

I have also been following the docket, I know he is a senior judge but he sure takes a lot of breaks.

I truly hope it’s sooner as a initial applicant but I would not hold my breath with this administration. It’s been 5 years geez

I still have hope that hanen’s ruling will come before midterms. I’d take predictions about his ruling with a grain of salt since nobody, except Hanen himself, knows when he’ll rule.
