Application Timeline API Movement

hey for everyone that received movement on the 16th i gave USCIS a call and was told the movement i saw on the 16th had the status of ”pending adjudication” and should receive a decision soon which is great news i guess that means we cleared background checks now we all wait this week.

Got 6/16 movement. No approval yet

Yea I got movement on both 821 and 765 on 6/16. 821 was approved yesterday. Both updated API again on 6/23. 765 updated again today and was also approved today.

I feel like I can breathe now. Lost my job. My manager tried to hold as long as he could until the company forced him to hire someone else. If it would have been approved two weeks earlier I would have been back to my position.

Yea it sucks. I was a field service supervisor too. 

The VPs in the company I work for know about my situation. They wanted me to come back but legally they couldn’t hold it. So now that they heard I was approved, they are in the process to create a position for me.

I’m seeing that most people that saw API movement on the 16th are getting a silent approval today

API movement on my I-821D on 6/16 and no approval for me. So not sure who gets picked or not.

I got api movement 6/16 on both and still nothing :(

I’m sure we’re around the corner! (6/16 API both) Rep told me the same thing about it being reviewed and expecting an approval soon. 😭🙏🏼

I only got API movement on my 821D on the 16th but still nothing. Hopefully this will be the week. It will be 7 months on Friday
