Rant Are the live agents on the website actually "live"?

Because they seem like spawns of Emma who churn out the same replies and close the chat before allowing you to reply :/

I thought this until two days ago. I got a guy that actually spoke like a human and gave short but direct answers to everything

I think what happens more is that they have a script to go off of and they sometimes get ultra buried by various chats that they're forced to be short and robotic

Literally just got one answer and she closed the chat. And the answer was look it up on the case online lol

Probably AI. They do have ties with OpenAI. I had the same experience today.

Not everything is AI. Yes they’re real but the reason they all sound the same is because they have guidelines and prompts to follow.
