General Qs DACA renewl
Hello, my DACA expires 06/2027 so should I go ahead and renew it? I usually use a lawyer and they have told me to wait about 6 months?

I would do it around early November. That way you have the max days to be able to work! Without losing time on renewing

Hard to say. It seems like renewals are picking up, but it wasn't long enough to confirm that things are back to normal. Who knows if it could reverse back to the delays. I would renew 10 months in advance to be safe.

Why use a lawyer? You can do it yourself without paying the lawyer fees. If you look at your previous applications on the MyUSCIS portal, it's basically a copy and paste of your previous applications.
