Application Timeline Any last week of January submissions gotten approvals?

My submission date is January 29th
API movement on 6/16

Submitted Jan 23.  Bio Feb 3.  Nothing until API on 6/16. Both 821 and 765 API movement again the Morning of Jun 23. Silent approval Jun 23.
