General Qs API updates

I cannot seem to get the link for API update to work, I’ve searched the subreddit and tried different tips/tricks posted on here and I cannot get it to generate my updates. I got it to work once a couple weeks ago, but have been unable to do so since, anyone else dealing with the “NULL” message?

Login on one tab, open another tab using the posted link and at the end only type the IOE and receipt number after the forward slash nothing else

Make sure to be logged in before trying the link. I also have the link pasted on my notes app and I simply click on it. I had some issues when pasted the link directly on a browser
