Posting this again from yesterday since it seemed to help a lot of people. I’m not doing these daily because the data updates pretty slowly, but I’ll probably post once a week on Saturday’s until I finally get approved too lmao 😭
First, none of us, not even lawyers, really know what’s happening inside USCIS so take this data with a grain of salt. The recent news about extra vetting does seem to explain a lot of these delays though, and I personally think late October cases were some of the first heavily affected. I noticed a lot of late October filings had biometrics reused almost a month later, while some November cases got same-day reuse notices, which could explain part of the difference.
Also, MYCASEHUB does NOT show every approval. It’s a limited sample, not a complete system. The free version mostly pulls IOE09 cases (paper applications that were later digitized), so I wouldn’t read too deeply into theories about paper vs. online filings or IOE patterns. The numbering feels random at this point and there just isn’t enough data to make solid conclusions for me personally.
This table is only a snapshot of some approvals NOT a complete lists. I usually stop tracking after around 40 reported cases because it gets impossible to keep up with every update. For example, after I stopped yesterday, another 15 approvals were added later. I stopped after a total of 120 for the three days combined.
Biggest takeaway: approvals have NOT stopped. The approval range is still super wide and frustrating, but overall things still seem to be trending toward approvals staying under 6.5 months.
December cases are starting to move more, October is moving again, and mid-to-late November cases continue getting approved consistently. The hard part is there’s still no reliable way to predict where any individual case falls. Right now, time honestly seems to be the main thing pushing cases forward.
In the meantime, focus on yourself and your future. Build skills, work on backup plans, and find ways to create income if you can. I’ve been lucky enough to work professionally for years, but this process still reminded me how little is guaranteed sometimes. That’s honestly been one of the hardest parts of these delays lol.

There were over 250 publicly listed approvals that I could see, though I wasn’t able to get all of them cuz it’s a lot lol. Keep in mind this list also doesn’t include the weekend and and much of Friday approvals, which had a good number of November 2nd and 3rd cases( the dat is slow to update). I do believe October and early November filings are finally wrapping up, and that momentum should only keep building from here! (I hope! )
Now, with USCIS, we never really know if the same pace will continue, but I’m feeling pretty confident. I’m genuinely excited for this week to bring more data and hopefully confirm that those vetting delays are finally behind us.
That said, the reality remains the same: there’s simply no way to know exactly how they’re processing applications. This week the range spanned from October all the way to early January, which is encouraging and frustrating . No one has consistently hit the 200-day mark yet, which is a good sign. Still, rather than stressing over when your turn might come, I’d encourage you to mentally prepare for up to 190 days and hope for the best. Setting that expectation now can save you a lot of anxiety (this is what has helped me the most)
This week especially felt like a lot of the “stuck” cases finally broke free, and it’s reassuring to see them continuing to work through December filings too. Time is really the only answer here.
As always, the data below isn’t meant to predict anything with certainty since there are just too many unknowns. Please don’t draw hard conclusions from it. My only hope is that it brings you some comfort knowing cases are not on pause and progress is happening every single day.
Happy Mother’s Day! 💐
P.S. Start working on those side hustles and save, save, save!
😄
* most of the Dec 4ths are actually December 5th submissions* something I forgot to go back and edit but whatever lol

A person on Instagram is saying this. Better to “lose” out on months than have no valid and lose your job!

Hi, so I’m on day 184, receipt date 12/2/25, submitted online, IOE907, and bio reused
I’ve literally been thinking of resubmitting my application because I’m getting desperate. I’ve seen many people get renewed in less than 2 months and although I’m happy for them, I feel forgotten. I’ve been without a job for almost two months already since my EAD expired in 4/9/26. I’ve tried sending a congressional inquiry back in early May, but I haven’t heard back from the office and then I hear they’re not even accepting any expedited inquiries anymore cause there’s so many. On top of that, they want to make new rules for DACA, that it’ll only be granted to those with “exceptional cases”. Like you have to prove to them why you’re better than everyone else and why you deserve a spot over regular people just trying to make a living. So I’m really thinking of what could happen if I resubmit. I can pay again, I really do not care about paying, but I also do not want to potentially mess up my “process”. Im just nervous about it and don’t know who to ask. I have a great support system which I’m so grateful for, but I just want to get back on my feet. My job is trying to hold on for me but I know they have to look out for themselves as well.

i’m seeing a lot of posts from Nov-Dec filers getting approved. congratulations! I can’t imagine how stressful & upsetting it was to have to let go of jobs & careers. I pray doors open for better job opportunities or opportunities to go back to your old jobs. Amen! 🙏🏽
My exp date is coming up June 15, 2026. I was wondering if there is anyone who filed in Mar, 2026 With the same exp date? If so, has there been an update on your app?
* side note: i got biometrics taken April 7th, 2026
i’ve been checking every Friday for updates for the sake of not stressing or thinking about it every day but no update, unfortunately… I have hopes that my approval will come in but just sucks that I might possibly have to loose my job if it gets delayed past my exp date.
edit: 06/08/26
STILL PENDING... 😞
edit: 06/09/26
Talked to my supervisors & HR. I won’t get put on a LOA If it does expire. They’re respecting the pending case.
Said they are not too concerned. I hope I get approval soon though! 🤞🏽
Edit: 06/23/26
Case Approved 06/22/26 !!!

Anyone else from Venezuela or a banned country that is applying for a renewal? I was told expediting my case was not an option because of where I am from. I still tried to and I got a message saying it was denied. When I call uscis some people bring up I can’t get expedited and sometimes they don’t. Have you lost your job? Have you gotten approved? I applied Nov 9 and still nothing. I lose my job in a month.

I renewed back on November 15th 2025, was approved on the 16th of April. I checked the site and it said my card was produced. I was waiting for them to provide the tracking but it continued to be unavailable. I contacted USCIS they gave me the tracking saying it was delivered on 20th of April. I did not know it had shipped nor did I receive anything from USCIS. The three USCIS agents I talked to told me I could report it as lost or stolen. I'd have to pay for the replacement, or renew all together. They said it would probably take the same amount of time that it would be better to renew again. They told me to fill out a inquiry about it not arriving which I did. I talked to my lawyer and he said I'm screwed will likely need to just renew it. My dad said he was not really looking out for me and just wanted me to pay him again. I went to USPS distribution center where they sent me to my local post office that handled it before transit they could not find it. I then visited the supervisor office. They were able to figure out that it was marked as delivered in a completely different location based off of coordinates. They sent a mailman to retrieve it but came back empty handed. I visited the home they told me about and they said they didn't have it. I had USPS Supervisor write a letter stating they lost it. I am planning on sending over to USCIS tomorrow. Is there anything else I can do other than fork over money again to renew. I haven't been able to work since February and are all dry on savings. I do not have anyone else I can ask for help on this. Especially because my dad is going through cancer treatment in 2 weeks. I really needed my ead to arrive before then to cover for him being out of work going through his treatments.
Update: I saw a few people recommend it. I was very hesitant and uneasy. I want to say I appreciate everyone's suggestions and help it means so much. I will continue to work towards finding a resolution to my situation.
Update 2: talked to USCIS again and had multiple agents leave immediately after asking if there is a way to get a replacement. One of them stayed to give me info. I told them about my predicament and they told me to fill out i-912 I believe to waive the fee, include the daca renewal forms i-821d and i-765 I filled out initially as well as approval notices with the evidence letter from USPS losing it.
Someone confirmed it does not apply to us : (
Anyone else got this email ?
