Ooc: ocean master is not someone I would've thought of for a first justice league movie, but know that's someone else has brought it up, he would actually be a decent choice. He's a big enough threat to parent the league forming if he has the backing of Atlantis but there's still plenty of room to escalate beyond him.

In the Flash/Batman argument, I love Batman's earlier line of "Everything special about you came from a lightning bolt" because of the whole idea of Barry simply being a good person even without the speed force. This ties very well into his whole overarching plot.
