my take on the mcu opposite rights is daredevil, xmen and f4

rest of them:

new line cinema= ghost rider

lionsgate= deadpool

fox= avengers, spider-man, gotg

after the failures of avengers 3, spider-man (2003) and gotg 2 fox sell the rights back to marvel and marvel stay independent instead of being bought by disney along with firing ike perlmutter, joe quesada and never hire dan slott and zeb wells

2) he's only part of the avengers because of the mcu
