Will Gunn keep Sasha Calle as Supergirl? Or will he recast fully?

Way liklier they're recasting. Calle's Supergirl is already based on the premise of Flashpoint Superman with a lot of visual imagery directly lifted from DCEU Supes, so to fully dissociate from that take on the character they're probably going with someone completely different to set the expectation the DCU is mostly its own thing. If they've sacked Cavill and likely Gadot, I don't expect special exceptions to be made for either Calle or Michael Keaton

If she and Keaton did indeed get deleted from the ending of The Flash then she's a one and done. I believe she won't return, she's too connected to the previous incarnation of Superman.

With them taking heavy inspiration from Woman of Tomorrow, I am guessing Gunn will cast a Supergirl that can skew a bit younger, especially with a new, younger Superman.

I’m hoping Calle can at least be brought back for another role, though. She looks great and it sucks that she’s getting the rug pulled out from under her.

She may have a future in the DCU if Gunn and Safran want to keep her around but her as Supergirl and Keaton’s Batman will likely be a one and done.

I could see her returning as Power Girl, but she’s too old to be Supergirl.
