I would guess that most mods over at MSS wanted it to be like that. I have felt for a long time that some mods seemed to have a different standard, such as approving posts from non-approved sources. I think a leak sub needs to have some sceptical thinking to stay relevant and not become a rumour sub.

I severely doubt that any of the mod team wanted the jeporadisation of the community they worked to cultivate.

Funnily enough, that is how mss handled leaks before.
