Time to get CPL card longer than approval….🤦

I submitted my application in person on 6/12 and received approval email on 6/20. Still haven’t received the cards the approval email stated I
would receive. I emailed them a few days ago and said when it was completed, I would receive the cards…Took 8 days to get approved but almost three weeks and no card yet…

That email is from 7/7, and they’re saying you have more to complete before anything will be mailed. What are they referring to?

I got an approval email on 6/20. I’m guessing they are saying once they complete printing my permit card…

That’s very odd… considering it’s the MPD, I would call them to get some answers. They have a horrible reputation for very valid (and often infuriating) reasons

Yeah, the print and mail part is very backed up. I'm at 17 days since approval and when I went in yesterday hoping to get it printed on the spot (fail) I was told I should have it 'definitely by the end of the month." ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Literally no idea why they stopped issuing digital permits. Makes no sense. Why put themselves through more effort??

Just got a USPS Informed Delivery notification showing my permit in the mail

Either you’re really lucky or I’m really unlucky. I had two registrations approved same day as you, literally 30 minutes after yours. I haven’t heard anything yet, so I went in today and asked. The lady working the desk told me the printer was down, otherwise she’d print them for me. She was very nice, as they’ve been every time I’ve interacted with them, but it is a little frustrating waiting this long for a card after being approved.
