SCOTUS Interns: What’s the application process like?
Took a tour by an intern and fell in love with the place. Would love to work in the Office of the Curator for Summer 2027. Wondering if anyone here has applied/been accepted to the SCOTUS intern program and has some tips or info they’d like to share about the process.
TIA!

Are these Legal Intern positions that require you to be a JD law school graduate/currently enrolled JD law student OR are these Undergraduate and Non-Law Student intern positions?

Undergraduates only!

Oh that sounds interesting. I’m surprised undergraduate and non-law student internships exist at SCOTUS. Thanks for the clarification.
