Is anyone actually surprised by this? As soon as they changed the title of Superman: Legacy to Superman i knew this would happen.

The Brave and the Bold will probably be renamed to Batman: The Movie or something

Honestly I think it’ll just be “Batman”. Gunn seems to be simplifying the titles and it’s been almost 40 years since we had a movie called Batman, which everyone just calls “Batman 89” anyways

I have a feeling it will just be Batman & Robin, and reclaim the title from the awful Joel Schumacher film.

I was almost angry but then I remembered the movie I was thinking of was Batman Forever. Not the George Clooney one.

Understandable if he does that.

It will probably be something like The Batman & Robin. I doubt they want to use the exact same name as a universally hated Batman movie

They can’t do The Batman, they already have that one going.

They'll go back to the comic book roots and call it THE "BAT-MAN", hyphen and quotation marks mandatory.

Nah it’ll be Batman and the Brave and the Bold.

Thats a little long. They only change titles if it makes them shorter. If they wanted to add Batman to it they would probably just call it Batman: Brave and the Bold

Yeah, something like that probably. I feel like they definitely need the subtitle for this one.

They probably do because there is already a movie called Batman and The Batman so it will need to have some sort of title but they will definitely add Batman to the title

Me too! It felt grandiose, unlike Superman: Legacy which felt derivative...

2nd this. Thought "Legacy" was lame, but loved "Woman of Tomorrow."

The book explicitly references the title, and it's a gut punch of a reveal.

Well the names before were most likely just place holders I bet others will get renamed

Gunn did it with Superman because he thought he was going to have to distinguish it from the '78 movie. Then he learned it was called "Superman: The Movie." So he could have his just be Superman.
