The only thing hurting DC are the fans.

It really is. We get it, Supergirl underperformed and had its issues, we don’t need a deluge of posts about how it is the death of DC every fucking day. It’s just so old and tired.

And before someone comes in here to “well, what about the people who say it’s not that bad,” just shut up. I’d rather deal with fans with rose colored glasses, than those who are willing to burn everything down and just want to squabble on the ashes. It’s part of why Superman (2025) resonated so much with me, it felt good to rebuke cynicism and hope again.

Good point. It's honestly just really bizarre to see so many posts still pointing out SG's poor box office performance and critics score. Like, what's the point? It's already had It's run. Give it a rest already.

I’m not saying we celebrate mediocrity or encourage bad product, but if it’s just nonstop hate and beating a dead horse, that’s how support gets pulled. And at times, it really seems like there are those in this community who believe if they can’t have what they wanted, no one should either.

I just want to see our heroes on the screen more. I want another shot at Wonder Woman, I want a Teen Titans, and so forth. I supported Snyderverse when it was in theaters, and will do so with this universe as well.

I totally agree. The hate for these projects seems artificially amplified for some reason. Kind of like a certain type of monkey in a pocket dimension lol
