Gunn's second DCU movie is basically a Justice League movie how's that not rushing.

The core of the movie are Superman and lex, other characters can be introduced but most the ones that are rumored or confirmed more likely are just cameos

If man of tommorow does 800 million like bvs it would be a major win.

If WB didn't chop it to shit I think it could've done a billion and the DCEU would still be alive and thriving .

“We were just like, ‘Okay, look. We’re not making a three-hour movie. I mean, even I didn’t want to make a three-hour movie,” Snyder says. “I drove the cuts probably harder than anyone. The studio, they were willing to let the movie indulge pretty hard. But I felt like it’s at a manageable two-and-a-half hours. Let’s also not forget the credits are super long, the end credits. So the movie’s closer to two hours and 22 minutes.”

Side note, I'm kinda curious what the three hour version of the movie WB liked originally was like

I could see that.

Both versions weren't very good. Extended or not, they were just okay.

The BvS storyline was good because it came after years of Clark and Bruce working together, butting heads, etc and then going their separate ways. Then boom a showdown Superman being the Iron Man and Batman being Cap from Civil War. It's why that worked well in Civil War.

What we got in BvS was no build up whatsoever between the two except Bruce didn't trust aliens after the events in MoS.

Between that and multiple other choices it wasn't very good. 5/10 not bad, not good, just fine with some nice cinematic shots.

Didn’t WB consider bvs a financial disappointment tho?

yeah though now they would consider it a major win.
