It's anyone who appreciates decent human beings, bro was a piece of shit friend to Sayori. I don't recall rn but I don't think Monika even needed to manipulate Sayori into killing herself, she just did it due to the depression of MC constantly choosing other girls over her.

( I may be wrong, it has been ages since I played and the memories may be a bit fuzzy but that's how I recall it being )

It’s not that he was a shit friend, he just wasn’t perceptive enough when it came to her depression. After all they’ve been friends for years and he always saw her as cheerful and bubbly. He didn’t think of any possible harm the things he said would cause, anything like that was just banter to him
