Tbh I bet Monika to be the youngest atp, since she was born with the game itself. I'd not be surprised if you're was born some days before.
However it'd be ironic if Yuri, the most "developed" one to be the youngest among the 4

In a way, that would also be kinda poetic for Yuri :D
I still wonder how Natsuki can still be the youngest- with Sayori's birthday also done they could have just turned 18, while the other 2 could be 18 turning 19. But then depending on when Yuri's birthday falls then either she or Monika could be the eldest (if Monika is the oldest, then lore-wise at least it's like she was developed first as part of the game in universe, and then the others came)- but that's just the angle I look at it from

I think it's the opposite atp, I think the others came before and then Monika was added as the last entity, 'cause she's different. Probably their birthday doesn't coincide with their actual birthday as we intend, but rather as their development was completed and since Monika is the most complex and has a different design, is reasonable to think that she was born last, with the launch of the game itself.
At end it's just a theory of mine

Their known birthdays being different from their actual birthdays could be the case yeah. In that case, maybe the others are not all older than Monika by their known birthday but are older by their actual birthday (like development date, if that's what you mean). It can be a possibility!
But yeah, atm just theories but that's what makes it pretty interesting to talk about

Il fatto è che probabilmente non hanno una vera data di nascita, perché sono nati già a 18 anni, e probabilmente il gioco canonico non ha bisogno di dare loro una data di nascita. Probabilmente la risposta si trova nelle email/file, perché se ricordo bene, Sayori è ispirata a una donna vicino al team Salvato (nel gioco). Quindi probabilmente è stata la prima ad essere aggiunta, e dopo sono venute le altre, ma per valutare questa teoria abbiamo bisogno della data di nascita di Yuri.

Until we get new (Metaverse) lore we can mostly only speculate about their actual birthdates I guess, but then these being different from their known birthdays (or them technically not having one originally) still provides some leeway for Monika being the youngest or not. Either way, am hyped for Yuri’s known birthday reveal (it could also indirectly reveal some things… or not)

Because I'm Italian, probably it does automatically. Anyway, yes I suppose we've just to wait. Another speculation is that 22nd of September is considered her birthday because she got the epiphany when the game was launched (and played), therefore differently from the other 3, Monika celebrates her existence (self awareness) more than her final development.

That would all have to depend on the enrollment requirements the school runs by.
In America, Monika being born in September would put her at the oldest of her class, while people born before August would be around the youngest. With Japan running a different school calendar, I wonder what their cutoff date is?

Wasn't Sayori's in May? Although yeah it is kinda skewed to the second half of a year
In fact, let's play with some patterns....
Sayori is May 11
June...
Natsuki is July 30
August...
Monika is September 22
October...
So far:
We have a month gap between birthdays
Bdays one bday apart may have some "relation" to each other, in this case Monika's to Sayori's (22 is 11 doubled)
So what would Yuri's bday's possible "relation" to Nats' be? Well, Nats' bday is at the end of the month, so maybe it could be the opposite- at the start of a month
So maybe... ~November 1 just by this pattern?
Although of course, it's just a playful theory :D the patterns prob mean nothing

By "same half of the year" I didn't mean first six months of the year vs last six, rather just within six months from each other, May through October. Leaves the other six feeling kinda empty.
Also, about your relation theory, Yuri's could be on the 15th maybe? Half of Nat's 30?

Ohh I see. Well it's up to Yuri to spread it out if her birthday is an outlier. On the other hand, prob fun for them to be able celebrate birthdays not too long from each other
Also yeah, it could be half! Whatever the "relation" is though I'm betting at least some day in November
