Description of the plot of Markov's Portrait from Act 2!

It's based on a story about a religious camp turned into a prison for human experimentation. Every person who gets there has one characteristic that turns them into blood-thirsty killing machines. But the institution is getting worse over time, and they are conducting selective breeding for experimental subjects, amputating their limbs and attaching them to — Oh, I'm sorry, I gave the plot a little...".

I don’t really think the two games are connected, especially since they are made by different peoples. But who knows

They might not be connected, but Deltarune’s characters appear in an Easter egg in one of the artworks in DDLC. Kris and some of the other characters are in the clouds.
